Eclorev is a mélange of 3 words originating in French.

The first is Éclore, meaning to hatch and all that hatching signifies. Think of the caterpillar who first appears by hatching from an egg. At the point of readiness, the caterpillar creates its protective shell, which spins a shiny, silky cocoon around itself, where the caterpillar undergoes a metamorphosis to a butterfly. The butterfly then flies freely, continuing to grow and flourish with purpose and meaning.

The second is Rêver, which means to dream. The courageous can be quiet or loud, showing great strength with grace as they pursue their own metamorphosis to the butterfly state.

The third is Révéler, which means to reveal. Through greater self-understanding, learning, and practising new skills, we work with what is best within ourselves to reveal our ‘best and whole self’.

Shaped by the principles of Positive Psychology Coaching Révéler, has been a reflection of my time in France and my deep commitment to fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful change. It has shaped my approach to coaching, leadership, and ethical development -guiding individuals and organisations toward flourishing.

Today, my work continues through my broader contributions to coaching psychology, ethics, ethicality, leadership, and human flourishing.
